Eng. Festone holds a bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering and currently undertaking a master’s. degree in project management and planning. He is registered by Engineers board of Kenya (EBK) as Graduate Engineer.
Festone is goal oriented person with significant vast knowledge and experience over the last 6 years in civil and environment development projects in the country, he is currently serving as civil engineer superintendent in the ongoing project undertaken by senior environmental and engineering ltd.
