Eng. Pharrel holds a Bachelor’s degree in industrial chemical engineering. He is a QSTI Group I – IV, Certified PE, Air Quality Specialist,  MIEnvSc. In addition to other training merits such as ISO 14001: 2015 (Environmental Management Systems), Air quality Monitoring (Stack Testing and Ambient Air Monitoring), Noise and Vibration Expert, and Waste Management, among others. Jabali has been working for more than 22 years in Environmental Engineering. He has gained vast and practical experience from various sectors such as the Petrochemical industries, Energy sector, Power plants, Mining industries, Cement plants, Sugar factories, Steel mills, Road construction, Pharmaceutical, among others over the years, equipping him with the requisite expertise to work in a diverse environment. Jabali has worked in various countries, including Denmark, Canada, Gabon, Kenya, Australia, Tanzania, Seychelles, Ethiopia, Ghana, Germany, Congo, South Africa, and Rwanda.
